ForeGoals Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ForeGoals mobile application and web platform ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ForeGoals is a golf performance tracking application that provides: • Golf round planning and goal setting • Shot tracking (fairways, greens in regulation, putts) • AI-powered hole recaps and coaching insights • Golf course search and selection • Performance statistics and trends • Scorecard photo extraction (OCR)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ForeGoals. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your account credentials secure • Notify us of any unauthorized use You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of your golf performance data and photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service and generate AI-powered insights. Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not currently provide cloud backup.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ForeGoals only for lawful purposes. You will not: • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Interfere with the App's functionality • Use automated tools to access the Service • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Third-Party Services
ForeGoals integrates with: • Anthropic Claude AI (for golf insights) • RapidAPI Golf Course Database • Device camera and photo library Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. AI-Generated Content
ForeGoals uses AI to generate hole recaps and coaching suggestions. This content is: • Generated automatically based on your performance data • For informational and entertainment purposes only • Not a substitute for professional golf instruction We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
ForeGoals, including its design, code, and logos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Fees and Payments
ForeGoals is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future with prior notice.
11. Disclaimers
FOREGOALS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12. Privacy
Your use of ForeGoals is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
You may stop using ForeGoals at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing a legal claim, please contact us to attempt informal resolution.
